Acorn from the Nutty Litter

Current name (changed): Sayde

Reason for coming to the rescue: Acorn’s mother, Hazel, was a breeder surrender out of California.  She was one of 15 dogs surrendered.  They were all very anemic and underweight.  Hazel gave birth to 5 healthy puppies.

Adoption Date: 2021

Sayde is a love with lots of energy, but can also be calm and loves to be on our laps which we enjoy. She is very smart and tends to learn quickly. I have been wanting a puppy for so long and Sayde is perfect. We changed her name from Acorn to Sayde after her foster mom. I filled out the app thinking I didn’t have a chance then got a text to come meet her at Sayde’s (her foster mom’s). It was love at first sight! They got Sayde’s mom from CA and Sayde is one of 5 pups that her mom had while at the foster’s.
